Church Life – the opportunity serve and lead within different areas of church, growing in confidence in your leadership.
Culture of Growth – engage in special SOUL Church environments for devotion and attend chapel, led by our pastors and leaders.
Fun – invest in your wellness with team workouts and socials to create memories.
EQUIP
Weekly Teaching – learn directly from leaders and staff at SOUL Church on a variety of topics based around our core values.
Go Deeper – create intentional time with God by participating in or leading a group that will cultivate your passion for his word.
Church Building – take the opportunity to learn first-hand how to build church: relationally, strategically and spiritually.
EMPOWER
Community – build community beyond the academy, through creative nights, youth services and outreach.
Coaching – sharpen your gifts and talents and push your comfort zone through one-on-one development, with your assigned coach.
Release – grow and develop your leadership skills by stepping into areas of responsibility and learning through experience.

This year SLA has awakened the leader inside of me. This leadership journey has challenged me to go to new levels in every area of my life, from the practical aspects of better planning to developing a deeper relationship with the Lord. It has given me a great foundation of who God is and who He calls me to be.
