Will there be SEND provision and accessible options?

Yes.

SOUL Church is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking close to the entrance. SEND provision and accessible options will also be available during The Wonder 2026.

‍

How do tickets work?

When tickets are released, you will be able to choose a performance and book your Reindeer tickets online. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tickets.

Each confirmed Reindeer ticket guarantees entry and a seat at your chosen performance of The Wonder 2026.

A ticket must be booked for each person attending. Children under 2 may sit on an adult’s lap during the show.

I haven’t received my confirmation email?

When you sign up for The Wonder 2026 email updates, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. You must complete this step before we can send you ticket information and further updates.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. The confirmation email will come from info@soulchurch.com, so we recommend adding this address as a safe sender.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact wonderinfo@soulchurch.com with your name and the email address you used to sign up, and our team will be happy to help.

Does signing up for email updates guarantee me a ticket?

No. Signing up means you will receive the latest information and be notified when tickets are released, but it does not reserve or guarantee tickets.

Tickets are subject to availability, so we recommend booking as soon as they are released.

‍

When will tickets for The Wonder be released?

Tickets for The Wonder 2026 will be released in early November. Make sure you have signed up for email updates so you are among the first to hear when booking opens.

Does Church offer SEND provision?

We are passionate about making church accessible to everyone and sharing the gospel with people, regardless of their needs. For children and young people with additional needs and disabilities we offer support in Soul Kids and Soul Youth. For those with higher support needs, we have a programme running in the 11:30am service in our SEND room, specifically designed to minister to those aged 3-17 who may not be able to access other areas of church. You can sign up to Soul Champions or find out more by emailing info@soulchurch.com. If you would like to make use of our SEND provisions please fill out the form below.

What will happen my first time?

When you turn into Heartsease Lane, our friendly Arrivals Team will show you to a suitable parking space (Blue badge parking available). When you come in to SOUL Church, you'll see our cafe and a central atrium where people can hang out and chat. From here, you can check your kids in to their age groups and come into the main auditorium for the service. Our Host Team will be waiting to show you to your seat. Our services usually last around 90 minutes, and include worship, prayer and a message. We have a family room for those with babies and toddlers and a private breastfeeding area. You'll be able to watch the service on screen from these rooms, so you won't miss anything.

What do you offer for family?

We cater for all ages here. If you have a baby in a pram, we have an area of seating where we can take a number of buggies and prams. It's close to our breastfeeding room. We also have two family rooms, so if you need to pop out with your little one, there's a place where they can play and you can feed them and change nappies. Our kids programme runs throughout the service for those aged 3-11. You'll need to register your child, which takes a few minutes, so please arrive a few minutes early if you can. We also have a youth programme that usually runs at the 9am and 11:30am services for high school ages. SOUL Youth also runs on Friday nights during term time, from 7-9pm.

What to wear

Whatever you're comfortable in! With so many people, it can get a bit warm, so layers are always a good idea, but there's no dress code. Some people prefer to come in their jeans or joggers, while others like to dress more smartly. It really doesn't matter - we want you to feel relaxed and at home.

Give to the wonder

We love Norwich and The Wonder is our gift to the city. If you'd like to support The Wonder, we'd be thankful for your donation, however large or small. Thank you for helping us make it happen!
